We introduced fixed fees and a service menu several years ago as a natural extension of our support for our clients. There are no hidden extras in our pricing structure and we agree all fees in advance. Our fees are:

 

Ø Sole trader accounts and self-assessment tax return - from £25.00 per month.

Ø Partnership accounts and self-assessment tax returns - from £65.00 per month (includes 3 tax returns).

Ø One-person limited company - from £75.00 per month (includes a full set of shareholder accounts, abbreviated accounts for Companies House, corporation tax return, payroll and year end PAYE returns, tax investigation insurance, dividend/personal tax review in February prior to tax year end and the director's personal self-assessment tax return).

Ø Start-up companies - from £80.00 per month (includes FREE company formation plus registration with HMRC, PAYE scheme registration, payroll, year-end PAYE returns and tax investigation insurance for 1 director, full set of shareholder accounts, abbreviated accounts for Companies House, corporation tax return, Annual Return, company secretarial services, dividend/personal tax review in February prior to tax year end, the director's personal self-assessment tax return).
